Description

SLM2 is an intelligent volume maximizer with transparent sound. The SLM2 processor analyzes each sample of the incoming stereo signal over a period of time and calculates the optimal volume boost. This guarantees the greatest possible transparency. The overall volume can be further increased in the next optional clipper stage. Signal overlap can be reduced by enabling oversampling. The SLM2 can be used in a variety of situations including track / group processing and the master track.
